ACCESSIBILITY
We are committed to improving accessibility at our festival yearly! We want to ensure that all our partygoers, including those who are deaf, disabled or neurodivergent have a wonderful experience.
The following information provides details about the bookable accessible provisions at the festival. If you have any questions that are not answered below please contact accessibility@teamlove.org.
If you need to register to use any of the following accessible facilities:
● Personal assistant / Companion ticket
● Accessible Parking
● Accessible Toilets or HDU
● Lowered Bar Areas
● Use of the Viewing Platform
You will need to purchase a ticket in the usual way through (https://www.skiddle.com) and then fill out theApplication Form HERE to request to use the facilities listed above.
You will also need to attach some supporting evidence along with your application. Once the form has been submitted, the team will aim to get back to you within seven working days.
Please note that submission of the form alone does not automatically guarantee eligibility for use of the accessible facilities.

Our accessible facilities will only be available to ticket holders who have pre-registered their requirements. Please complete the form no later than 18th of August 2025. Information packs will be sent out to anyone who has successfully registered the week of the event.
If you have accessible needs at the event, head to the Welfare areas or speak to a team member at the Accessibility Box Office on the way into the festival.
